Program Lets Mom Work Out With Baby

A new program helps new moms get fit and trim by letting them work out with their children.

The Super Mommies fitness group allows mothers to bring their children to workouts, which include running, lifting and stretching.

Julies Speers has attended the groupy with her children for a couple of months.

"It's a perfect time for the girls because it's not their nap time. And it's only an hour, so it's not too much to ask for the girls," she said.

Letese Coleman, who has been at it for two weeks, said she can already feel the difference.

"It just gives me a lot of energy," she said. "I'm just alert and ready to move forward with my day's activities."
