ARLINGTON, Texas -- North Texas mothers are shedding baby weight with baby in tow as Stroller Strides started new classes in Arlington on Tuesday.The mothers currently meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Veterans Park in Arlington. New Tuesday and Thursday classes are being held at the Parks Mall in Arlington.Video
The best part for mom is that baby is part of the exercise."I love being able to provide moms an opportunity to exercise with their babies and also have a support system.
