DALLAS -- A guest sleeping at a Dallas electrical business fatally shot an intruder overnight.Police said the intruder came in through the side door of the business on Elm Street at about 9 p.m. Wednesday.The owner of the business is out of town and allowed someone to sleep in the building.
Police said the guest heard a noise in the garage and then confronted and shot him.Police said they’ve responded to at least 10 calls at the business’ address in the past year.The guest was not injured during the incident.
