ARLINGTON, Texas -- Two Arlington teenagers are facing felony charges of racing on Cooper Street, police said.David Burchfield, 18, and David Alvarado, 19, crashed into the back of a cement mixer in February. Witnesses told police the teenagers raced down the street at speeds of up to 95 mph.Several people were taken to the hospital after the wreck.
