DALLAS -- A Dallas strip club where police found a minor dancing is temporarily closed after violating city code.Police Chief David Kunkle originally ordered the Diamonds Cabaret to be shut down last month after police discovered that a 12-year-old girl had danced nude at the club in 2007.Police said they inspected the club on April 1 and found that not all employees were currently registered as required.
The club is now closed for at least 30 days, surrendering its sexually oriented business license for a violation of city code.Club officials appealed the order, but withdrew the appeal at a hearing Thursday.
