DALLAS -- A teenage girl was killed late Saturday by a stray bullet, the second stray-bullet death in as many days, police said.The victim, identified by the Dallas medical examiner as Juanita Payne, 15, of Dallas, was killed Saturday night while attending a birthday party in the 1100 block of East Redbird Lane, police said.
Witnesses said that at about 11:15 p.m. a fight took place inside a teen club where a birthday party was being celebrated. The fight spilled outside, and some people began shooting guns, witnesses said.Payne was struck and was taken to a hospital, where she died, according to police.The death is the second stray-bullet death during the holiday weekend.
