"What the El" Editorial:Joan Van Ark’s appearance at Elizabeth Taylor’s HIV/AIDS Foundation benefit was shocking.Van Ark was attending a performance of “Love Letters” with what appeared to be the remnants of an acid peel written all over her face.Good grief! Didn’t the doctor tell you to stay home?Take a look at the photo from this weekend, the inset is Van Ark at the 17th Annual Mercedes-Benz Carousel of Hope Ball on October 28.Sometimes it’s not a good idea to leave the house so soon after getting your face resurfaced!I’m not saying don’t do it, I’m saying, get it done well before the event, then if you have to go out, don’t pick a foundation 10 shades lighter and draw on all of your features!It’s almost like she got a face peel and erased everything.What happened to aging gracefully?
